About my writing

I write for print magazines, newspapers, the web, and the occasional journal focusing on gender, arts & entertainment, the environment, poverty, and media & technology. I've written for a variety of publications including:

As a critic, I review an obscene amount of books, quite a bit of music, and a few films. I'm partial to short story collections, media theory, activist handbooks, freak folk, independent hip-hop, and complicated documentaries.
